Ingredients

  • 525 g of olive oil
  • 4 raw egg yolk
  • 18 g of finished dining mustard
  • 105 g of a 3% vinegar
  • 40 g of the "South" sauce
  • 455 g gherkins
  • 3/4 Art. spoons of salt
  • 3/4 Art. spoons of sugar
  • capers (optional)


Cooking method

The mayonnaise sauce (mayonnaise) and vinegar add chopped pickles and sauce "Southern" (soy). All mix well. 

The sauce can also put the capers.
