ingredients :

Preparation :

  1. We clean up all the vegetables, cut into small strips.
  2. Boil rice noodles.
  3. Cut into thin slices of chicken.
  4. Fry meat on high heat (3-4 minutes), then - the bow (2-3 minutes), then - zucchini and eggplant to softening, adding soy sauce and oyster.
  5. Mix well and add the rice noodles. Once again mix well.
  6. Serve sprinkled with chopped green onions.

Wheat noodles with beef

ingredients :

  • 300 g of beef tenderloin
  • 300 g udon (wheat noodles)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 sweet peppers
  • 1 chili
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 200 g teriyaki sauce
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • salt pepper

Preparation :

  1. Cut tenderloin into thin strips.
  2. Boil udon.
  3. Wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the onion and bell pepper strips. We grind the garlic and chilli.
  4. Fry the beef in a pan, then - the onion and bell pepper.
  5. Add the garlic, chili pepper and teriyaki sauce.
  6. Mix with noodles and serve, sprinkled with green onions.

Egg noodles with pork and green beans

ingredients :

  • 200 g pork pulp
  • 200 g of egg noodles
  • 150 g of green beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chili
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3-4 tablespoons. l. soy sauce
  • greenery
  • salt pepper

Preparation :

  1. Meat cut into thin slices.
  2. Boil the egg noodles.
  3. Clean the onions, garlic and pepper. Cut the onion in small strips, crush the garlic and pepper.
  4. Fry over high heat for a few minutes the meat, then - onions, etc. - bean.
  5. After 7-10 minutes, add the garlic, chili pepper and soy sauce. Mix with noodles.
  6. Serve, sprinkled with herbs.

Ingredients:

  • 2 sweet peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g soby (buckwheat noodle)
  • 100 g cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l. sesame
  • 4-5 Art. l. soy sauce
  • salt pepper

Preparation :

  1. Clean the vegetables and cut them into thin strips.
  2. Boil noodles in boiling salted water.
  3. On a hot frying pan fry the onion a few minutes, then - peppers until tender.
  4. Pour the vegetables with soy sauce and remove the side for 3-4 minutes to soak vegetables.
  5. Mix the vegetables with noodles and grated cheese. Serve, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Funchoza with seafood

ingredients :

  • 300 g Funchoza
  • 200 g of seafood
  • 100 g of green peas
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • greenery
  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
  • salt pepper

Preparation :

  1. Purified seafood pickle 20-30 minutes in a mixture of soy sauce and lemon juice.
  2. Fill Funchoza boiling water, after 5-7 minutes, pour out the water.
  3. We clean the pepper, cut it into cubes, purify and ground garlic.
  4. Fried sweet pepper, add the peas and garlic.
  5. Add the seafood and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add the noodles and mix well.
  7. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped greens.
