Mackerel baked with mustard - a simple but original fish dish. If you would like to arrange a fish day, the mackerel is perfectly suited for these purposes.
Mustard sauce can be prepared in minutes, marinate the fish for a short time and bake in the oven. For the marinade need mustard, mayonnaise and soy sauce.
These products are perfectly combined with mackerel, and fish are obtained simply magical. Salt use is not necessary, because soy sauce is salty in itself, and the salt is simply superfluous.

How to cook baked mackerel with mustard
Defrost fish, peel and cut into medium-sized pieces.
