- 1 large carrot
- 1 medium onion
- 250 ml water
- 30 ml of sunflower oil
- 0.3 tablespoons salt

Potatoes clean and mine. Major cut into 4 pieces, medium - 2 halves. Clean carrots and cut into semicircles and chetvertkrugami. As for onions - I grinds it into a fine grater (love the smell of onions in the dishes, but I do not feel it in them), you can also just finely chop the onion into cubes.
Prepare chicken. It should be thoroughly cleaned and slightly dry, you can do it with a paper towel. Then sliced chicken on a fairly large cubes.
Take a large frying pan or roasting pan and its good warm up. Add a little sunflower oil, about 30 ml, and at the same time send to the pan all our prepared ingredients: potatoes, carrots, onions and chicken. Also, add the bay leaf.
Fry the potatoes with chicken and carrots on medium heat for 10-12 minutes while occasionally stirring the contents of the pans.
Once the chicken will begin browning - a signal for that time to be added to the pan, water (250 ml) and to move from the cooking stews process. At this stage add salt.
Simmer potatoes with chicken under tightly closed at low heat for at least 30 minutes. During this time the potatoes and carrots will reach the stage of full readiness, and she will become crumbly potatoes. Chicken breast is completely cooked and absorbs the flavors and aromas of onions, potatoes and carrots. Add to the pan black pepper, stir stewed potatoes and chicken. Turn off the fire.
